Category Description We manufacture aluminium screw caps for glass, plastic and metal bottles and containers in a wide range of sizes, colours and technical designs. Our aluminium closures are available in two main versions – threaded caps for manual closing and non-threaded caps designed for automatic or machine sealing. They are suitable for beverages, food products, food supplements, cosmetics, pharmaceutical products and technical liquids.
Our aluminium caps are manufactured in diameters ranging from 18 mm to 63 mm, and up to 120 mm for custom projects. They are available with or without a tamper-evident ring and can be fitted with various liner materials such as EPE, Saranex or PVC.
Colours, Printing and Customization Most closures are available from stock in gold, silver and black. Selected models are also available in red, blue, green, burgundy, yellow or white. Colours shown on our website are for reference only; current stock colours can always be found in the product details.
We offer the following customization options:
Custom production usually requires a minimum order quantity of 50,000 to 100,000 pieces. Thanks to our printing technology, however, we can also print already manufactured stock closures from approximately 2,000 to 3,000 pieces.
Closing Options Threaded closures are suitable for manual closing and smaller production batches. Non-threaded closures are designed for automatic or semi-automatic capping machines and are primarily used in higher-volume production. All our closures are compatible with the glass, PET and aluminium bottles available in our product range.
Capping Machines for Non-Threaded Closures Our subsidiary company ADPACK Technology develops and manufactures semi-automatic capping machines designed for non-threaded aluminium closures. We will be happy to help you select the optimal combination of bottle, closure, liner and capping technology for your production needs.
